A great exercise if you want to combine the ease of walking with the exploration of bicycling is hiking. With hiking, you can explore the world while also remaining in shape, and even if you live in an urban area, there are probably plenty of great places nearby to engage in hiking!
Losing weight and staying in shape does not mean you have to hit the gym or run several miles each day; all you have to do is find an outdoor hobby you enjoy, and then stick to it!
